		<description>There are some amazing new&lt;br /&gt;There are some amazing new drugs out there for some of these. ETOH and opiates bieng the primary ones.

They specifically treat these receptors. Naltrexone and Campral are some that come to mind. Other ones are awaiting approval, and one was just approved for smoking. They target specific receptors and have very good sucess rates.
