Dunia Cabellero is a girl from Honduras with a rare disease known as Noonan’s syndrome. It will be fatal if left untreated.

She has trouble breathing and is massively underweight. Her quality of life is very poor and she is even inable to attend school due to her being unable to walk the required distance.

An outfit called La Cima Wolrd Missions is attempting to get Dunia to the USA for life saving surgery. The surgeon has even offered to do the surgery for free and the hospital has also committed to offer their services at no charge.

Even so, the cost of transport and other assorted expenses comes to almost $6000 - quite a small amount to save a life.
